Each time your child has a well-child visit they will have a growth and weight evaluation, a developmental assessment and a complete physical exam.
Please note the schedule for well-child check-ups

  • Hospital visit after birth
  • 2 weeks
  • 2 months
  • 4 months
  • 6 months
  • 9 months
  • 1 year
  • 15 months
  • 18 months
  • 2 years
  • 3 years
  • 4 years
  • 5 years
  • Annually through 18 years of age

Immunizations

  • Birth to 6 years
  • 7 to 18 years

Immunizations are a proven way of preventing the most common, serious communicable diseases of childhood. In accordance with the guidelines established through the American Academy of Pediatrics and the US Public Health Service, we feel every child should receive these important vaccines.

By making sure your child gets immunized on time, you can provide the best available defense against many dangerous childhood diseases.

  • Diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis (DTaP)
  • Haemophilus influenza type b (Hib)
  • Hepatitis a
  • Hepatitis b
  • Polio
  • Measles, mumps, rubella (MMR)
  • Chicken pox
  • Meningitis
  • HPV – Gardasil or Cervarix
  • Prevnar (Pneumococcal)
  • Adacel (Tdap)
